Out of b2, 88, 86, 47, 100,and je who should I max gear 1st? Thoughts..reasons...examples any insight would be great guys

86 deals about the same amount of damage as GS, while I've seen 88 deal 6000 more damage at the same level of both of them, I find 86 not as good because he doesn't even benifet from an all attack from HK's Leader Ability. Plus 88 can get the ability block you need.
