I keep seeing everywhere that FOO should be your fastest, but I don't see why you wouldn't want him second fastest instead. Its the same result except you got a hit in first, then FOO gives the TM boost, of which you're using all 100% of it instead of the 1% you would be otherwise, and you continue from there. Am I missing something?
