Easiest faction to gear?
Do you know which are the easiest and the more difficult to gear? I think it may be important to decide where to go.

This is not really the question you want to ask. An easy to gear toon that you will bench later is a waste.
The key to which toons to gear is how wide spread they are used throughout the game.
Phoenix is a good starting place and they hold usefulness in many areas of the game.
Dual tag rebels, STH, lando are good investments.
