Fair enough will do that next time. But it amounts to the same thing doesn’t it? If you dont have everything maxed you don’t get max speed. If he didn’t have any zetas on Thrawn but the rest maxed he would get 151 in speed and I have 152, unless there is something else i have missed.
to be honest, i don't know. Maybe full max without zeta's is also 152. That's why i just check speed ^_^
