How do you figure? I can't speak too much to Ahsoka (I don't use her), but I've yet to fight an opponent that defeats me before I get to Thrawns ultimate (though there are times I win before I get to it). That's with or without Hounds Tooth.
Unless you're horribly outmatched, Thrawn is going to get his ultimate before anyone else does.
Never played a match where he got his ultimate off...xanadu blood gives retribution to boba ig88 and bossk and tie advance goes nuts like he always does...phantom ii gives bonus reinforcement and game over 3 turns
