EP mass shock "potency" problem in RNG
Could you PLEASE look at your AI's use of "potency" in arena? Every time I go up against an EP lead, that EP stuns 4 or 5 of my team and when my mass shock is done, I mostly stun 1 or 2. My potency ...

lets say your potency overrides their tenacity for a 0.15 chnace of getting resisted, and same for the opponent.
EP has a 0.7 chance of stunning a character.
Therefore, theoritically there is a 0.595 chance of a character getting stunned. (about 6 out of 10 characters.) (0.85×0.7=0.595)
Ok, according to YOURSELF, 2 EPs stun a combined total of 5 to 7 toons per match out of 10 toons. Thats pretty close to the theoritical value. (forgot how to spell lol)
