Bringing this back up again because it still pisses me off to no end.
With Mods 2.0 are you going to "fix" the potency / tenacity debacle that it is? Pretty please? I'm just exhausted at the amount of times I watch R2 stun 90-100% of the time, meanwhile my EP who's maxed out, gear 12, zeta'd, etc., stuns 1-3 MOST of the time. Yes, maybe 5 times in a week he'll mass stun 100%. But the percentage of times that I'm not stunning everyone possible is abhorrent for the amount of time and effort I've spent building him into that position. R2 can stun my characters 3, 4, 5, 6 times in a row but my EP can't even mass stun everybody 1 time in a match on a normal basis.
That's all I'm asking, look at the potency/tenacity debacle and do something to fix it so we don't have to deal with the failure consistency of characters that have specific abilities we should be able to rely on.
Go ahead and tell me about the confirmation bias and all those other dopey college power words. I'm telling you my team is not working as effectively as your AI when one character's main ability isn't working even half as well as the AI's stun ability characters do. (including anyone who can do a stun, whether its a basic, a special, unique, etc.)
