Ewok event tips

I can get to part 4 of the ewok event but get mowed down by the stormtroopers.Im using chirpa lead,teebo,scout,heeler,and paploo..all gear 8,decent mods..level 85...Do I need to upgrade my 5* logray or 4* wicket to compete or am i just too weak at this point.
