Teebo is kind of the obvious choice, I'd say. If you're not using his leadership ability, he's not as critical a piece.
I thought that till I started using them all together. Teebo is actually a very critcal piece to get the party going. I really don't know who I would drop to put elder in.

Teebo in that mix adds 3-4 addtional turns of TMR (from other ewoks) if done right a free taunt to paploo if paploo steaths. adds that 3 dispel (2nd unavoidable)
