Executioner Marquee event

My guess is we will get him at 3 stars. You get to pay for the rest

Marquee events don't have specific requirements. You get the character at 2* or 3* and then wait 3 months for it to become farmable (or buy the shards). The packs are already described in the update notes.

Recently we've gotten 2 star unlocks with no official comment as to why no longer always 3 star so anything could happen.

Just like how our KRU just sits there at 3 stars

Amazing how they introduce these toons like that

This was the replacement for the old way in which characters were released into chromiums/aurodiums and it was unclear if or when they would ever become f2p - some of them were there for a year before they were farmable anywhere at all. Trust me, this is MUCH better.

We can finally have a toon to synergize with CUP. I'll be running CBP/CUP all day long into the new meta sunset.

He probably likes the nameless characters because it requires more thought and imagination to get them to work in game.

It doesn't mean they will ignore main characters just because its his preference.

I think you're taking his words a little too literally on this occasion.
