Does anyone know the requirements for it? Also will it unlock at 7*? Or must we get paks?

Which is the whole point to the existence of the "game".- As an almost 100% f2p player I don't care about these kind of events. It's simply necessary to have these introductions so that our p2w players have something to spend their money on. And if that means I can keep playing for free I'm totally fine with that.

So I would say wicket/MT is not the new norm for character releases just a different way of releasing them. More have been released not with heroic or monthly events than with even taking out the TB released characters.
You do know starck was day one Free to play cause he is in guild shipments and hermit yoda and wampa are in the new Currency For TBs and TWs. so they are free to play. Also the cadence has always been 3 to 4 months for a release of a toon then going to Free to play.
My point has nothing to do with ftp or not it was to point out via recent releases that farming via heroic events is not the new norm.
Many people seem to only remember the bad/annoying this was just a reminder that there have been more released since the heroic event thing started via other ways or the "normal" cadence then via heroic events.
