Explain ships to a new player

That's true. However, once Kenobi's Negotiator is released, Galactic Republic will have some love in the meta. So at least it won't be all bloody HMF and HTs at the top.

So the meta might just shift a bit to favor Galactic Republic ships as well. Good ones include Anakin's ETA-2, Ahsoka's starfighter, Plo Koon's, Clone Sergeant's ARC-170 and Umbaran Starfighter. All these great but waiting for a good capital ship to lead them to victory.

Other than what is mentioned, people have mentioned the good early/late game ships for Rebels/Empire etc.
