Expose damage

Question

What determines how much damage is done when you hit a opponent who is exposed? I've been running a resistance squad and the damage from expose varies alot, even though rey (scavenger) does do more damage, but that's for when I use her special abilities.

And Characters like Kylo Ren, Kylo Ren (Unmasked) and Darth Malak take reduced damaged based on a health percentage.

I think it's 20% of Target's Max Health.
