If you use Ezra’s second attack on a nonbuffed enemy, he gets 70% tm (95% with his zeta). Then he can quickly call Hera to attack with him assisting (likely twice), giving him another 60% tm and her 20%. Then Hera can soon call Ezra to assist who will again likely attack twice. If Hera has a zeta, he gets 50% tm and reduces his cooldowns allowing him to use his second attack again.
Thats a whole lot of attacks from a very high DPS character. If you start a new encounter in a TB (where the enemy starts with 0 tm), he could attack up to 5 times before they attack once.
