Ezra's unique ability
So i have an issue understanding ezra's unique ability as far as how it affects his attack power. Does it work on all the Phoenix allies? And why doesn't it look like he is doing more damage over time...

Hard to tell the stacking offense with that since he had so many other buffs, and it actually seemed to be less damage as the battle went on
