What if you spend $5? Is that F2P? What about $1?

What if you get $20 in Google credit, but it's not actually cash?

What if someone else buys it for you?

What if you pay someone $50 to give you $60 of their Google credit towards your account? Is that F2P?

What if you spend $50, but then get it refunded?
