The general strategy is just to ignore her. If you have Dooku you can try stunning her with lightning. But, you'll still have the problem of her heal after she comes out. She shouldn't be a problem as she's a one trick pony. Her heal is on a long cd and she does no damage.
I'm actually happy if I see her in GW. I save her for last so I can just kill her with basics to give time for my cool downs to reset. Unfortunately barely anyone runs her anymore. I may only see her once or twice a week total.
