Pretty simple was wondering what the fastest ship is when ship 7* , pilot maxed.

Toss up between him and 5s depending on comp. 5s gives himself 20% tm every attack. FOTP gets 16.5% every time a target locked enemy is damaged by an attack.
Both of their tm gains can be stopped by daze so silencer still wins
