Finn - Mods: All Potency or...?
If I go by the in game system to check ALL my mods it recommends all Potency. I was running Offense/Crit Chance? Or

OP, tried offense primary and reverted to CD as had better speed secondaries, the hstr p1 team did much worse when finn was slower.
