First order executioner

Health is your first priority, speed is your secondary priority. Use potency and critical chance secondaries as tiebreakers when choosing mods when health & speed are approximately equal.

Basic plan:
Set Bonus:
3x Heath set

Primary stats:
Arrow = Speed w/good health secondaries or Health w/ good speed secondaries
Triangle = Crit damage
Plus = Health
Circle = Health

A slower FOX also works if you're focusing on Health and Crit Damage.

I haven't bothered to re-mod mine slow, but he gains so much turn meter from Crits under KRU that he doesn't need to be really fast. The more health and offense the harder he hits, which is what he's there for.
