First Order Officer?
How good is he? I currently have Phasma at 6* and am going to start trying to promote FOTP and start farming Kylo. Is FOO worth adding to a First Order team? What are his pros/cons?

I have him 6* gear 8 on my team. He can swing battles for sure. With phasma victory March up he hits like a truck.
Is he worth the competitive cantina oranges? I think so but a QJG or Daka might be better investments first as they are not pigeonholed into a certain few team comps.
At 137 speed and wins the coin toss he can really push that non leader QJG down the turn order.
