First Order Officer?
How good is he? I currently have Phasma at 6* and am going to start trying to promote FOTP and start farming Kylo. Is FOO worth adding to a First Order team? What are his pros/cons?

Yeah I love when he smacks the toons with his turn meter down skill. -50% is huge, especially at the beginning of the battle. I always target their biggest damage dealer. Then Phasma can slap a Slow on it, to make that climb up again even steeper.
FOO's synergy with Phasma is just great. He does indeed hit with the force of a falling brick wall after Victory March. Very underestimated toon.
