Hard to argue with NS being the better defense team. zKRU lead FO is a solid team at your level but NS can really stonewall people who don't have the right team to bring against them.
As for easier to farm, interesting question really. FO are heavy on cantina farms which are faster but your proposed team is also heavy on Guild store which is fairly slow.
NS on the other hand tend to be more in hard nodes which is slower but allows you more flexibility to work on other things as well.
In your team mix. If you go FO I would suggest you replace FO SF TIE with either Kylo Ren (not an accident he is in almost every FO team) or FO TIE pilot. In addition to being stronger characters they won't be such a drain on your guild currency which is needed for gear.
