I recommend focusing on BH team. Jango Dengar Greef Mando Boba.
As you get them all to G11, you'll be able to take your top enemy arena teams with Mando's Disintegrate even at low stars. With Dengar in there and Jango lead you'll get payouts quick. Defensively the team might fall quick, but I'm not even sure about that. With zJango and Boba you will walk over all NS teams you come across in GAC.
Having a beefy Jango Dengar and Boba will make Chewbacca event a cake-walk for you. That team will debuff Chewie and Boba will execute him.
And you'll be able to work on Bastilla Jolee while doing it
