Fleet Arena and mods and character stats
So I need to know: Do: 1. +defense mods on pilots add to defense of ships? 2. +offense mods on pilots add to damage, crit chance of ships? 3. + health mods on pilot boost the ship health? 4....

Regarding #5, "all allies" means everyone on your team, regardless of faction. Any given ability will specify if it only applies to rebels, or empire, or light side, etc. (see R2's abilities for a good example of this).
