Fleet capital: Chimaera or Executrix? Advice please

I'm still early in my shard and everyone has the Executrix. Only 1 has the chimaera at only 5 stars and the person seems to be holding up to 6 and 7 star Execturix capitals. Is the chimaera still ...

I get rank 1 every day in my shard but it's still about 6 months old. I want to stay competitive so any advice you guys have please let me know. I do plan on beefing up my thrawn a lot since he's useful for phase 3 sith raid and my grand moff is already at almost 16k power.
