Fleet capital: Chimaera or Executrix? Advice please

I'm still early in my shard and everyone has the Executrix. Only 1 has the chimaera at only 5 stars and the person seems to be holding up to 6 and 7 star Execturix capitals. Is the chimaera still ...

Tarkin is great now if you upgrade his turnmeter abilities. If he is already your best ship, I would invest in him. I think Akbar can be good but requires more uncommon fleet ships and characters. There has been an Akbar + Geonisians in my top 5 last week.

I personally use Thrawn as do most still but I think that is an artifact and is likely to change. I personally hate fighting Tarkin the most and now I just avoid him.
