I uninstalled and quit the game, but keep checking back here to see if anything is changing. So I can't be much help.
But I did go test this before I quit and did not see the increase. But I didnt fight the fleet with Xanadu Blood in it again. It's very hard to test for someone with no test account, but if there is a bug its related to XB and/or breach I think. Again may have just been RNG.
