Will shortly be some time to give my fleet attention. Finishing HT is already a priority (farming jango too so...). Have slave maxed and 5* XB but only just activated ig, so no falcon yet. But look...

I run the rebel fleet and can take 1-10 everyday. 5* Falcon. My Biggs, Bossk, Han and Chewie are g12. Chewie has 6e mods. No one else.
All of the rest of my pilots are g8-g10. Reinforcements dont have to be as geared. Cassian is god tier and you should get him asap. My pilots are g8,9,9.
That should give you a start. Obviously higher gear is always better, but I'm cheap. Suspecting meta will change shortly, but Ive been wrong before.
