I do not know that much about them, I basicly suck at them but I want to increase my Ranking. I want them crystal ( currently around 120 ish placement). I switched to my friend guild. No Geo TB cuz not enough guildmates have the teams. Any advice for ships? I could Grind for Executor but idk if it's worth the effort for now.

Well you have a nice FO Fleet, which should be able to beat Chimaera, and if you push up the relics of FOO and Hux, it could beat Exec fleets. Imo it’s worth spending crystals on the Echelon packs, hoping no changes are made, to get him 6/7* to make the Exec counter more reliable.
It’s annoying you aren’t doing geo tb, but hoth tb gets you small amounts of GET 2, which you should use on the Malevolence. You only need to farm the Hyena Bomber and finish the Vulture Droid to finish that fleet.
One other option is going for a Rebel fleet. It’s a gear-heavy option, as you don’t have bistan or srp geared at all. You want them and wedge at g12 minimum; phantom and cassian’s u-wing pilots at g11, and one farm to 7* -> Rebel Y-wing.
Executor is a stretch, but I’m guessing you aren’t doing C-Pit if you aren’t doing Geo TB. So I wouldn’t do that unless you move to a CPit guild, as it requires 2 r8s.
