At 210m GP that guild should be doing DS Geo TB and LS Hoth TB. LS Geo TB is the toughest of the lot and probably a bit much for them but DS Geo TB is much easier than LS Geo and they.should be able to get considerably more than 6 stars.
If they can't or wont then you should seriously consider changing guilds because staying there will impede your progress.
