For Players, By Players: Mod Squad Series

@Stormy I'm not seeing any Baze requests yet...mind giving some pointers on how you'd mod him? My first inclination was to just slap as much health and protection as I can on him...but his two Specials hit like a truck, especially if they crit, and I was wondering if modding him more for offense would work on a Rebel team?
