I think he's my most versatile character right now, I use him in GW, Arena, heists, raids... But let's say the main focus would be Arena.
You are in a tough spot with your current Mod Collection. I think you would be best served by using a speed boost leader until you have more speed secondary mods with strong sets of crit dmg and crit chance.
I'd like to suggest Lando lead, wedge, biggs, STH, Imwe. Basically, rearrange the team and swap RG.
next, max all these and put them on STH, Biggs, Lando - https://swgoh.gg/u/ring/mods/?slot=2&stat1=5

i think you'll see a major difference in arena with these changes
