I think candy is the safer choice but I say go mission!
You seem to be way ahead of the g13 and that OR squad can be really nasty pre- g13.
See what mission can do and then put it on candy.
Also - a person asks a question and all some can do is ask about spending. This is a perfect time to actually get feed back about toon and see if it’s wirth it or not.
