Just explain to me WHY giving him +13500 hp from 11 to 12 got past design XD "He's squishy, useless and out of meta for a looong time, but hey if you set him to g12 he's a tank XD

Definitely will help him plus that one piece that gives +10% potency and tenacity among other boosts. Not a rework but hey, could be useful in right team with those stat boosts
