What is the the point of the Retribution effect combined with the Planet Modifier??? It doesn't seem to have affected the Clones. Is this broken? My r7 BHs sure feel like it..

Not worth the time and effort.. Just not worth my time for the low rewards...
Too bad. I actually thought my BHs would be an asset but nope..
