Omegas increase GP by 210 (so 205-381 c/p) and Zetas increase GP by a whopping 2406 (42-60 c/p). Honestly, by the level at which you can upgrade an ability to an Omega or Zeta, it's likely the best return on investment other than potentially increasing star level.
