Galactic War.. Should I farm Phasma shipments?

Looking for people's personal opinion here. I currently have Lumi at 4* Gear VI and level 55. But I'm only 15 shards away from unlocking Phasma from GW shipments... I'm level 60 so what should I do, u...

Good advice...unlock Phasma then finish Lum. Sounds like you could use more characters for GW. I'd focus on getting as many characters as possible boosted to a useful level for GW then focus on arena after you can master GW daily
