Galactic War.. Should I farm Phasma shipments?

Looking for people's personal opinion here. I currently have Lumi at 4* Gear VI and level 55. But I'm only 15 shards away from unlocking Phasma from GW shipments... I'm level 60 so what should I do, unlock Phasma or keeping starring up my Luminara (barring in mind I only use Lumi for LS battles she isn't near the power levels of my other characters so don't use her in Arena battles) feedback would be highly appreciate :)

    Many thanks for all of your replies on this thread guys. I always get a lot of help when asking questions on these forums. I went ahead and unlocked Phasma but since doing so she's been a great additional to my DS battle squad as she's teamed up with Poggle, both toons buff up my entire squads damage hits and crt chance so I'll continue to gear up Phasma (now on gear VI) and in the mean time farm Lumi shards through GW and hard battles
