Galctic quest not gettkng my items from the boxes that are guaranteed at end of event

Imfor the secknd galactic conquest u mever got rhe guarantees items that are suppose to come to me.EA can you please make that right for me cuz hats not fair kn my eyes a week evet and didnt geg any galactic boxes that are automatic after the event is done
