Not really, they always stated that they were going to nerf damage on attackers based on ignore defense, and everybody knew his damage outside a full 501st team was going to the floor, because all the buffs he received in compensation where only for a full 501st team. I don't know why peole are shocked about this now. It sucks, but we saw it coming since the RA on july.
