With GMY in the Padme team, beating GAS is extremely consistent. I have a pretty substandard Padme team and haven't lost to 7* GAS in the last couple TWs. With C3PO, the speed order is vital but the wins are consistent. There are multiple Youtube videos that show the strategy.
