GAS on a Padme lead team....
Two questions on this: 6* GAS on a Padme team -> How should he be modded and what team comp? R2/C3PO/Ahsoka or GMY as 5th? 7* GAS on Padme lead team — What team comp here? Thanks!

1. Not a great option at 6*, just too soft all round. GMY and Ahsoka are both better options in that 5th slot.
Assuming your first 4 Toons are Padme, JKA, GK and C3PO (which they definitely should be).
That'd be a solid lineup to start with anyway.
Its a pretty specific mod set up for this team if your facing Malak. Just go watch some of 'It's just Ians' videos on modding.
2. At 7* r7 G$ is a beast under Padme! Smashes full r7 Malak and G$501st squads in my experience.
