I would say boba,ST Han and Lando. My reason is they are all arena useful and they all help you complete the credit heist event which is a major source of credits. Arena success requires good mods and good mods usually means buying them with crystals or credits. Then leveling them up with a ton more credits. Also if your raid gear is lacking I would gear up Teebo or Vader and focus on placing top ten in pit raid
