Gear level requires for BH’s to get ROLO shards

Anyone have a good idea on what gear level is required for bounty hunters to get Rolo shards from the event? I have 7 star Boba, IG, greedo, and zam and a 5 Star Dengar. I could also use my 3 star bos...

I managed it after a few attempts.

I'm not positive but IG88 may have been one level lower at the time.
