If I had to guess... and again this is speculation, I'm not a developer - he is probably going to get a ship (not sure if it'll be capital or smaller ship). The reason I believe this is because he's in fleet shipments, and most other characters there are pilots or fleet commanders. Secondly, he is a prime candidate for a zeta. Zeta abilities are improving long forgotten characters like Bariss, Maul, Vader, etc. who had similar complaints.
