General Hux Losing Heatlh

Hi Everyone, I would like to understand why my General Hux (R5) is losing max health/protection after every turn during some special event: Galatic challenges, Sith Raid and Assault Battles.

At least with GC it could be because of the modifiers. But as for Raid and AB's, I have no idea.
