General Kenobi Mods

Hello everyone. I just got my GK to gear 13. (relic 2 right now)
I'm used to seeing high level Kenobi's who have over 100k helath or protection, but mine only has 66k health, 60k protection.
I use him under Padme. How should I mod him?
