General kenobi replacement on a JKR team

There’s no good tank replacement for gk. If you’re removing him, you’re going more for offense, which Hermit yoda is a decent 5th for JKR

I've never used gk in my JKR team. I use Hermit Yoda and have no problem beating jkr gk teams. Depending on your shard I've seen Ezra or Anakin used as a 5th as well.

Plo could be a good option for his turn meter and buff dispel on basic.

Can’t use Anakin since he’ll be on the Padmé team with GK.

Yes, don't use Anakin with JKR if you are taking gk to use with Padme! :)

My advice is to hold the JKR team for offense and use either Ezra or HYoda.

Hoda on defense is an easy target for me most of the time, I would reccomend Ezra usually has the best results for me and Hoda can plug in to most other teams in the game, Even on defense with his high damage, bonus attacks and extra buff dispell I find Ezra to be better.

If you are using on offense though in all honesty you could plug any Jedi in a JKR team and get similar results.

I use ezra as my 5th instead of GK. There are pluses and minuses to it. I am able to defeat DR/Malak teams with the stipulation that I can outspeed bastilla and Darth revan. Eventually you cant outspeed them so I hang out in the 30-100 range killing slightly slower ones.

a couple of downsides for me using ezra is some matches that I could win before with GK, I cant with ezra. Like mirror matches are bit tougher when the other team has GK. Another downside is it seems that im easier fodder and getting targeted more.

Ezra or Hyoda.

I usually go for Hyoda, as it lets me take out other JKR teams in GA - even slightly faster ones.

Really, because I've fought over 20 hyoda JKR teams equally/ more powered and I've never lost lol.

Actual serious question: what about Plo Koon? I know he was popular for a minute there just for his dispel on basic, but that would still be useful, and he has that +50% turn meter move. Certainly not the greatest candidate out there, but the good ones are mostly needed elsewhere, and he has a good ship at least.
