Is it interesting? He's the same type of event as Malak, seeing him in the guild event store shouldn't really be a surprise. Unlock at 5*, buy the rest with GET.

I would say the more interesting part is you can actually see them. You couldn't see Malak shards until you unlocked him.

Apparently that was an intentional change

It's similar to seeing certain gear pieces show up in the Championship store but have them be inaccessible until you reach a certain league.
